Refunds and Exchanges
If for some reason your item arrives and it is broken, you must contact us the day you
receive it. We can't refund shipping costs, but we will work with you to reach a satisfactory
solution.
If you would like to exchange your item for whatever reason, you may do so as long as the
original item arrives in the same condition in which it was sent (except earrings), and you
pay for the shipping of the item you want to exchange.
